1 pm = Registration/check in begins (pre-registration is encouraged) (you must check in with both the McCulleys in the country store and the event in the party barn )
4-6 pm = Vet-in
6:30 pm = Dinner (not included) (Italian)
7 pm = Ride Meeting
10 pm = Generators Off

5:30 am = Generators On
6 am = Breakfast (Coffee & Pastries)
7:30 am = 2-day 100s & 50s Start (cut-off time = 7:30PM)
8 am = 25s Start (cut-off time = 2 pm)
8:30 am = 15s Start (cut-off time = 1:45 pm) & 10s Start (cut-off time = 11 am)
10 am to 1 pm = Lunch (available for pick up in Party Barn)
4 pm = Awards for 25s and IDRs
7 pm = Ride Meeting
7:30 pm = Awards for 50s
10 pm = Generators Off
Sunday
5:30 am = Generators On
6 am = Breakfast (Coffee & Pastries)
