12 pm = Ride Camp officially opens for AERC ride
3-6 pm= Check In at Country Store
4-6 pm = Vet-in
6:30 pm = Pot Luck Dinner (Ride Mananger Providing Spaghetti Bar)
7 pm = Ride Meeting
10 pm = Generators Off
Saturday
5:30 am = Generators On
6 am = Breakfast (Coffee & Pastries) in BARN 4
7:30 am = 50s Start (cut-off time = 7:30PM)
8 am = 25s Start (cut-off time = 2 pm)
8:30 am = Intros Start ( Intros are allowed to go out at earlier time to ride with other distances)
4 pm = Awards for 25s and IDRs
6:30 PM = Pot Luck Dinner (Ride Manager Supplying Chicken )
7 pm = Ride Meeting
7:30 pm = Awards for 50s
10 pm = Generators Off
